Evacuation warnings have been lifted in Lancaster after crews made good progress on a brush hearth that broke out Saturday night, officers stated.
The “Juno Fireplace” was reported close to Lancaster Street and Munz Ranch Street at about 5:20 p.m., based on the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Division. The blaze scorched 188 acres earlier than its ahead progress was stopped. It was 42% contained as of seven:45 p.m.
