Cooks From Two Michelin-Starred Eating places Mix Their Skills

APM Restaurant Group is increasing its presence in West Palm Seashore with Niwa, a Japanese restaurant and tea backyard opening in West Palm Seashore’s Flamingo Park neighborhood, instantly throughout the road from Emelina, APM’s Michelin-starred Cuban restaurant.
Niwa, which implies “backyard” in Japanese, will mark the primary collaboration between two cooks from Michelin-starred eating places: Grasp sushi chef Masayuki Komatsu of Ogawa and Emelina government chef Osmel Gonzalez. Emelina grew to become the primary Cuban restaurant to obtain a Michelin star when Florida’s 2025 Michelin choices have been introduced earlier this 12 months.
