2 boys shot and killed in Pico-Union, police say – NBC Los Angeles
A person shot and killed two kids earlier than taking pictures himself in Los Angeles’ Pico-Union neighborhood on Sunday, police stated.
The taking pictures was reported close to Venice Boulevard and Catalina Avenue simply earlier than 1 p.m., in line with the Los Angeles Police Division.
