2 arrested after child dies at an unlawful day care in California – NBC Los Angeles

A lady and her grownup daughter have been arrested after an toddler died at an unlawful day care they had been operating in central California, authorities stated.
Deputies responded round 10:30 a.m. Saturday following stories of a child not respiratory at a house in Royal Oaks, in response to an announcement by the Monterey County Sheriff’s Workplace.
The three-month-old baby was pronounced useless at a hospital, the assertion stated.
As much as 30 kids had been contained in the residence close to Watsonville on the state’s central coast, sheriff’s officers stated.
A 62-year-old lady and her 35-year-old daughter, each residents of Royal Oaks, had been arrested for investigation of allegations together with suspicion of involuntary manslaughter, baby abuse and working an unauthorized baby care facility, officers stated.
Their bail was set at $50,000 every.
