Suspect sought in Downtown Crossing financial institution theft

Boston police are investigating after a person allegedly robbed a financial institution in Downtown Crossing Friday morning.

The theft was reported on the Residents Financial institution at 580 Washington St. round 9:30 a.m., based on the Boston Police Division. The suspect implied to financial institution employees that he had a weapon, however didn’t reveal one.

Investigators described the suspect as a black male in his 40s, 5-foot-8, with a medium construct. He was final seen carrying a black hat and a inexperienced military jacket.
