Street closures in LA County on account of mudflows and flooding – NBC Los Angeles

Street closures and flood warnings are in impact Sunday as Los Angeles County endures its first rainstorm of the season.
A flash flood warning was issued for the Franklin burn scar in Malibu and the western portion of the Palisades burn scar west of Las Flores Canyon Street. The warning expired at 11 p.m. Sunday.
Cities impacted by the latest wildfires are at an elevated threat of seeing roadway flooding and minor particles flows.
Areas that can see flooding embody: Eaton Hearth burn scar, Alhambra, Whittier, Pasadena, West Covina, Mount Wilson, Downtown Los Angeles, Glendora, San Dimas, Griffith Park, Pomona, Burbank, Hollywood, Altadena, Eagle Rock, La Canada Flintridge, Glendale, Hancock Park, La Verne, and Hollywood Hills.
The California Freeway Patrol shut down a stretch of the Grapevine in each instructions on account of hazardous driving circumstances from the snowfall.

Pacific Coast Freeway
- Southbound PCH closed at Sweeter Canyon Drive
- Northbound PCH closed at McClure Tunnel
10 Freeway
- Westbound 10 Freeway at Lincoln Boulevard
- Westbound 10 Freeway, 4th and fifth Road on-ramps
Topanga Canyon Boulevard
- Full closed in each instructions between PCH and Grand View Drive
- Residents with identification south of Mulholland Drive to Grand View Drive could enter
5 Freeway
- Grapevine closed in each instructions close to Parker Street

The Santa Monica-Malibu College District introduced all Malibu faculties will likely be closed on Monday on account of “harmful street circumstances and challenges with entry to our faculties.”
