A State Police trooper accused of kid abuse is going through extra costs of illegal wiretap and violating of abuse prevention order, prosecutors stated.

Michael Gagnon, of Plympton, was initially arrested in November arraigned on costs of home assault and battery and aggravated assault on a toddler beneath 14 years of age, Plympton police stated on the time.

Gagnon, who has since been suspended by the state’s police oversight fee, is now charged with illegal wiretap and violation of abuse prevention order, in accordance with Michael Keefe-Feldman, the spokesperson for the Essex County District Lawyer’s workplace. 

The costs stem from incidents that occurred March 10, Keefe-Feldman stated. He declined to supply additional info.

Gagnon is anticipated to be arraigned on each costs in Plymouth District Courtroom Monday.  The arraignment will probably be performed by a prosecutor from Essex County DA’s workplace, Keefe-Feldman stated.
