Salesforce buys year-old Israeli startup for $100m

Salesforce has introduced the acquisition of Doti, a younger Israeli startup that emerged from stealth mode earlier this yr, in a deal estimated to be price $100 million. Doti has raised simply $7 million to this point in a pre-seed spherical and a seed spherical led by F2 Enterprise Capital alongside non-public buyers.

Doti was based in 2024 by Matan Cohen (CEO) and Opher Hofshi (CPO). Doti has 15-20 workers, most of whom are anticipated to hitch Slack.
