Reel Inn house owners assist staff impacted by Palisades Hearth – NBC Los Angeles

The Reel Inn, a longtime restaurant in Malibu, was simply one of many companies misplaced on Pacific Coast Freeway following the Palisades Hearth.  

The restaurant, constructed on a long time of onerous work and friendship, was made up of a crew of 23 staff, based on co-owner Teddy Leonard.

The Palisades Hearth, which began on Jan. 7 in Pacific Palisades east of Malibu, has burned greater than 23,000 acres and was 65% contained as of Wednesday, based on the California Division of Forestry and Hearth Safety.
