Faculty cops assaulted responding to scholar struggle in Highland – NBC Los Angeles
An investigation is underway after San Bernardino Metropolis Faculty District cops had been caught in the midst of a scholar struggle in Highland.
Faculty cops had been referred to as Thursday to Entrepreneur Excessive Faculty to answer an altercation between college students on campus. In the course of the struggle, officers had been bodily assaulted, the district mentioned.
In a video that captured the interplay, two college students seem to assault an officer whereas one other officer makes an attempt to detain somebody.
It is unclear what number of college students had been detained.
Whereas the highschool governs its operations and curriculum, it contracts with the San Bernardino Faculty District Police for legislation enforcement companies.
