Delta airplane clips empty plane forward of deliberate takeoff in Atlanta
ATLANTA — A Delta Air Traces airplane clipped one other plane whereas pushing again from the gate Sunday morning in Atlanta, the airline stated.
The wing of the airplane “reportedly made contact” with an empty plane, Delta stated in a quick written assertion to The Related Press.
The flight was scheduled to journey from Atlanta to Guatemala Metropolis, based on FlightAware, an internet site that tracks flight disruptions. Passengers have been transferred to a different airplane following a delay.
On board the industrial plane have been 192 clients, two pilots and 4 flight attendants.
No accidents have been reported, based on Delta, which has its headquarters in Atlanta.
