Adani Enterprises sells stake value $279 million in AWL Agri Enterprise
Indian conglomerate Adani Enterprises’ unit offered shares value 25 billion rupees ($278.9 million) in AWL Agri Enterprise by way of bulk offers, knowledge from exchanges confirmed on Friday.
Information from NSE confirmed that Adani Commodities, a subsidiary of Adani Enterprises, offered 39.5 million shares in AWL Agri for 275.09 rupees apiece, whereas knowledge from BSE confirmed that it offered 51.5 million shares for 275 rupees apiece.
That displays a reduction of about 0.6% to Thursday’s shut.
