WASHINGTON — The Home voted to curtail President Trump’s skill to wage warfare in Iran Thursday, simply earlier than lawmakers are set to interrupt for a five-week recess.

The decrease chamber adopted a warfare powers decision in a 214-208 vote, demanding Trump wind down the army marketing campaign in Iran.

That marks the second time such a measure cleared the decrease chamber in latest months.

Republican Reps. Brian Fitzpatrick (R-Pa.), Tom Barrett (R-Mich.), Reps. Warren Davidson ( R-Ohio), and Thomas Massie (R-Ky.) joined Democrats in backing the measure.

The vote comes on the heels of the deaths of 4 American service members who had been killed in assaults from Iran over the weekend.
