Man who tossed concrete, fireplace extinguisher from downtown roof arrested – NBC Los Angeles

A screaming tattooed man with no shirt and a neck tattoo was arrested at present after tossing chunks of concrete and a fireplace extinguisher from atop a downtown Los Angeles residence constructing.
The difficulty was reported about 3 a.m. Monday within the 800 block of South Broadway, based on Los Angeles Police Division Sgt. Jesus Salazar.
Officers assisted by an air unit noticed the person, and video shot on the scene confirmed particles being tossed over the facet of the 10-story constructing.
Police confronted and arrested the person, who was shouting incoherently as he was cuffed and introduced right down to the road, the place particles had struck officers and police vehicles.
No severe accidents or injury was reported.
