Filming:
Shot in Tampa, Florida, from seventh August 1972. The filming lasted fifteen days, together with twelve with Shatner and the final three with different actors. Throughout one take of the scene the place Shatner’s character hangs Sakata’s character to loss of life, actor Sakata almost died of being by accident hanged by a good rope. Luckily, with Sakata’s “superior neck growth”, the crew was capable of save his life. Shatner broke his finger in the course of the incident whereas supporting Sakata’s weight.
