A 71 sq. meter, three-room, second ground house on Victor Hugo Road in Jaffa was bought for NIS 2.69 million. A 112 sq. meter, four-room, fourth ground house on Frankel Road in Ramat Aviv was bought for NIS 5.7 million. A 70 sq. meter, three room, sixth ground house on Yaakov Epstein Road within the Previous North was bought for NIS 4.88 million.

Netanya: A 84 sq. meter, three-room, fourth ground house with parking and a swimming pool and tennis courtroom within the constructing on Nitza Boulevard was bought for NIS 2.08 million (RE/MAX – Kahol-Lavan).

Petah Tikva: A 112 sq. meter, 4.5-room, 14th ground house on Yitzhak Ben Zvi Road in Kfar Ganim Beit was bought for NIS 2.5 million. A 78 sq. meter, three-room, third ground house on Harishonim Road within the metropolis middle was bought for NIS 1.9 million. A 103 sq. meter, four-room, fourth ground house with parking on Hatzanhanim Road in Mahanei Yehuda was bought for NIS 2.33 million.

Ness Ziona: A 125 sq. meter, four-room, sixth ground house with two parking areas on Avner Ben Ner Road in Savionei Netzer was bought for NIS 3.5 million. A 92 sq. meter, three-room, second ground house on Haimahot Road in Horshat Netzer Sereni was bought for two.93 million. A 4.5-room, first ground house with parking on Yosef Feldman Road in Shmurat Malibu was bought for NIS 3.65 million.

Rechasim: A 71 sq. meter, three-room, third ground house on Havradim Road in Giva Beit was bought for NIS 1.26 million. A 83 sq. meter, four-room, second ground house on Hanarkisim Road in Giva Beit was bought for NIS 1,55 million. A 143 sq. meter, five-room, fourth ground house on Hagefen Road in Giva Aleph was bought for NIS 1.19 million.

Beersheva and the south
Ashkelon: A 70 sq. meter, three-room, fourth ground house on Moshe Youlish Road was bought for NIS 920,000. A 121 sq. meter, four-room, sixth ground house with parking on Hatzionut Boulevard in Ramat Kramim was bought for NIS 1.86 million. A 120 sq. meter, four-room, 14th ground house on Derekh Eretz Road in Ir Hayayin was bought for NIS 2.05 million. All offers have been not too long ago reported on the Israel Tax Authority web site.
