A 90 sq. meter, 3.5-room, third ground residence with parking on Mendele Mocher Sefarim Avenue within the metropolis middle was bought for NIS 1.78 million. A 97 sq. meter, four-room, sixth ground residence with parking on Harav Maimon Avenue within the metropolis middle was bought for NIS 2.35 million. A 118 sq. meter, five-room, sixth ground residence with shared parking on Tabenkin Avenue within the metropolis middle was bought for NIS 2.8 million.

Rehovot: A 88 sq. meter, four-room, first ground residence with parking on Har Hatzofim Avenue in Rehovot Hahollandit was bought for NIS 2.2 million. A 183 sq. meter, eight-room, floor ground residence with two parking areas on Shabazi Avenue was bought for NIS 4.52 million.

Harish: A 120 sq. meter, four-room, second ground residence with parking on Gefen Avenue was bought for NIS 1.28 million. A 110 sq. meter, four-room, second ground residence with parking on Rubin Avenue was bought for NIS 1.51 million. A 120 sq. meter, four-room, first ground residence with parking on Hakehila Avenue was bought for NIS 1.43 million.

Kiryat Motzkin: A 114 sq. meter, four-room, eighth ground residence with parking on Shai Agnon Avenue in Mishkenot Haomanim was bought for NIS 2.07 million. A 114 sq. meter, five-room, seventh ground residence with an elevator and parking on Uzi Hitman Avenue in Mishkenot Haomanim was bought for NIS 2.55 million. A 76 sq. meter, four-room, third ground residence with parking on Yosef Almoni Avenue was bought for NIS 1.43 million.

Beersheva and the south
Beersheva: A 80 sq. meter, three-room, first ground renovated residence on Terveria Avenue within the Tet neighborhood was bought for NIS 990,000 (RE/MAX-Plus).

Eilat: A 136 sq. meter, five-room home with an 80 sq. meter yard and parking on Avraham Avinu Avenue was bought for NIS 2.15 million. A 90 sq. meter, four-room, second ground residence on with parking on Yitzhak Avinu Avenue was bought for NIS 1.82 million. A 90 sq. meter, four-room, second ground residence on Petel Avenue was bought for NIS 1.32 million. A 69 sq. meter, two-room, floor ground residence on Hativat Golani Avenue was bought for NIS 990,000.
