Ohio State President “Ted” Carter Jr. blew up his $1.5 million-per-year job and his 45-year marriage over an “inappropriate relationship” with an area podcaster with pitiful listening numbers.

Carter, 66, has been an everyday fixture on Vlachos’ veterans-focused for months, in line with Vlachos’ LinkedIn and Instagram accounts.

Carter’s  resignation Monday got here after he admitted to the college’s board of trustees that he “made a mistake in permitting inappropriate entry to Ohio State management” to a lady who wished assist together with her non-public enterprise, he mentioned in an announcement.

He didn’t elaborate on the circumstances surrounding the connection, however mentioned he was leaving along with his spouse of almost 45 years.
