WASHINGTON (AP) — Election-year laws to impose strict new proof-of-citizenship necessities on voting seems stalled within the Senate, for now, regardless of President Donald Trump’s name in his State of the Union speech that Republicans in Congress go the invoice “earlier than anything.”
