Housebreaking suspect surrenders after holing up inside Turner’s Outdoorsman – NBC Los Angeles

A housebreaking suspect surrendered to authorities Thursday after breaking right into a firearms and out of doors gear retailer in Norwalk and staying there for a number of hours.
The break-in was reported at about 3 a.m. at Turner’s Outdoorsman within the 11300 block of Firestone Boulevard. Disaster negotiators and members of the Sheriff’s Particular Enforcement Bureau have been dispatched to the scene in southern Los Angeles County.
The person surrendered and was taken into custody at about 10 a.m.
It was not instantly clear how the person entered the constructing.
