Dorchester capturing suspect says he killed man in self-defense

A Dorchester man who was accused of capturing and killing one other man inside an house this week is reportedly saying that the incident was an act of self-defense.

Angel Rivera, 30, was arrested after police responded to 107 Bloomfield St. in Dorchester at about 1:40 a.m. Thursday. A person was discovered affected by gunshot wounds contained in the house constructing, and he was pronounced useless on the scene, in line with officers.
