Authorities in Barstow are looking for a 2-year-old boy who disappeared Thursday in floodwaters throughout a rainstorm.

Xavier Aguilera was driving together with his father, 26-year-old Brandon Aguilera, when their automobile was swept off the street by a strong surge of water at about 7 p.m. close to West Essential Avenue, simply of Lenwood Street, within the San Bernardino County group.
