Kathryn Hally was at Fortunate’s Lounge on Oct. 22, 2022 when she was allegedly hit within the head by a taxidermized deer head after it grew to become dislodged from the wall, the grievance, filed Aug. 11, states. 

The grievance mentioned the deer head was “negligently put in and/or maintained.”

Hally mentioned she suffered a concussion, a mind bleed, and post-concussive signs for “months” after the incident, in line with a canopy sheet.
