BOSTON (WHDH) – The household of a kid from Hyde Park who was fatally caught by a Boston Public Colleges college bus in April has filed a lawsuit in opposition to the bus firm and the motive force, courtroom paperwork present.

The household of 5-year-old Lens Joseph has sued driver Jean Charles and the busing contractor he labored for, based on a lawsuit filed in Suffolk Superior Courtroom.
