A police officer who was directing site visitors on Cape Cod on Monday was struck by a automobile, authorities say.
Bourne police stated in a Fb put up round 11:30 a.m. that Sandwich Street was closed within the space of Higher Cape Cod Regional Technical Excessive Faculty “as a consequence of a motorized vehicle crash involving a police officer who was directing site visitors on foot and a single automobile.”
The officer was taken to an space hospital and is predicted to outlive, police stated.
